[Arthur may not be staying in House 2, but it does make a nice private meeting spot. He'd meant to talk to the trio from the mall last week about things he'd seen, but it just hadn't happened. Now people are dying and he's seen even more. He's done with the voice in his head trying to turn him against the others, so time to put heads together.]
So... There's a lot to go over. My power gives me a lot of information, and I think you have the best knowledge base to help figure it out. Part of it's what I saw last week - Karma, you remember when I hit my head. And then I saw more this morning.
First of all... I've had contact with someone outside. I think he wants to help us. He's been there both in my run-in with the Noise thingy, and in this morning's vision. His name's Charles.
[ With everything that had happened in the past week, it wasn't like Karma blamed Arthur for not being able to get to this until now. Heck, he'd nearly forgotten, what with Akira's and Nanaki's deaths and the absolutely insane trial that had happened. ]
I do. You said enough that it got my attention then, and it's good to know now fully what that was about.
[ His expression turned a bit grim as he did listen, but not for too long and eventually nodded quietly in thought. ]
Interesting. If you don't mind me asking, could you give us a run down what you saw in that vision of yours? The first one where I found you. Start with that.
That was actually the second time I reached him - the first was on our first day here, and the main thing I remember of that was that he noticed me. Usually my visions just put me in someone's head, in another time, and I live it like I'm them. But he noticed I was there and addressed me directly.
The time you found me, Karma, I went looking for him and actually found him. He was in a mall, and it sounded like he was in one of these incidents. There was a Life Coach, who didn't want to tell his group why murder was so important, there were fourteen people other than him, he suspected the Life Coach wasn't really alive....it all seems to match up. He was able to tell the mall was fifty-ish years into his future, and already knew things about time, space, different universes....there were some vague thoughts about his previous experiences.
And he found someone there he felt like he could talk to openly, a girl named Rachel. He was gonna call her something else, "Cha"-something, when he noticed I was there again and paused to talk to me... He said he made a mistake, and told Rachel too much. That we're the ones paying for that mistake. He said he's been here, I think he meant in the City, before, he knows what's in the "blackness between the clusters" - the enemy of everyone, and the source of the evil blight. I'm not sure what he meant by that.
He didn't want to keep me there long, and was able to just...send me back, when the monster appeared. He called it Taboo Noise, and it looked exactly like the....you know. From the...the end of the trial.
[A deep breath. That alone is a whole lot of information, but he's not done.]
None of that's anything compared to what I saw today, though. He was ready for me, this time, and showed me something he said was more directly relevant to the situation.
This time...I felt what it's like to fall under the control of the red fog, and give in to IT. [He shivers just remembering. To be so controlled and integrated like that...no thank you.] He gave in willingly, trying to understand it better. I guess he thought he could get through it fine, even though whatever he is makes him more vulnerable...it was a nightmare, getting controlled like that. It forced him to offer food to either his sister or his sister's friend, and she could tell it wasn't him anymore. He ate, and she didn't, and....and I don't know if we can trust any of the food here, pills or otherwise.
A...a man with red eyes acts as a conduit for some kind of planet-ruling monster. I got a name. Camazots. I'm not sure if that's the planet, or the monster. And he said not to listen to anything they tell us about IT, or it'll be really, really bad.
Again he forced me back, and said he didn't want to keep me there long - or, he wanted to, so he could explain everything, but he...said something might use the connection to hijack or manipulate me. And there was something creeping in, right before he sent me back, a kind of...howling darkness.
That's all I have, for now. I might be able to replay the visions, if either of your souls resonate with mine, but I don't know how that'll work with his awareness.
[ It was good that they were finally getting some solid information on all of this and as such, he was only too happy to listen.
This was already leagues better than the nearly incoherent things he'd gotten from Arthur that first time, but unlike that time? He felt his blood run cold hearing those couple of things notably. Mall? Life Coach?! There was no way that it wasn't the one that him, Kurama and Akira had experienced, but one of the many times the game had been run in that mall prior to their arrival. Unlike them, though, this guy had some kind of possible time traveling experiences. Especially if he was actually AWARE of the times Arthur used his power to reach out and even sending him back.
He glanced over at Kurama briefly to see if he'd picked up on the same things as he did, but didn't speak up in favor of letting Arthur finish. This guy had told someone too much and that was why they were possibly here now? Evil blight also sounded VERY concerning, too.
Taboo Noise appearing in more places was also not great to hear, but what really drove in the point that this place itself wasn't to be trusted? The sounds of what it was like to be someone under the control of IT's will and just reinforced his desire to do the opposite of what their 'wonderful' hosts wanted. He took a small moment to let everything sink in before running his hand through his hair, an almost uneasy laugh breathing out from him shortly after. ]
By the sounds of it, each time you see him it feels risky enough on it's own and i'd rather not put you in danger just because I'm curious about all of those visions.
[ Karma crossed his arms over his chest, frowning notably and almost all pretense of anything remotely cheerful was gone from his face. ]
I find that pretty damn helpful, though. What you said to us. This guy is definitely on our side, with some pretty unique powers, but what concerns me is that Camazots. Same with the thing about the food but it isn't like we can just stop eating what they give us.
[ There was more he could say but he kinda wanted to see if Kurama had any sort of opinion on this load of information. ]
Week 3, vision talk onnnnn sunday? probably pretty late?

Kurama leans against a wall, not straying too far from Karma, and listens quietly. He gives a nod of agreement to Karma's request.]
